Introduction

CHIIC is run by the partnership of Charles Hampton II and Gaye Hampton, both are profoundly deaf, and are committed to improving communication and access for all D/deaf and Disabled people. CHIIC provides a range of training and consultancy services on D/deaf, DeafBlind and Disability issues. They are based in South Wales and cover all of the UK.

CACDP Sign Language Training for Individuals

CHIIC offer a wide variety of Sign Language courses, from “tasters” to intensive level 2. We also provide D/deaf, DeafBlind and Disability awareness courses, to ensure that access issues are solved and communication with D/deaf, DeafBlind, Deafened and Hard of Hearing people who do not use Sign Language is improved.

Consultancy & Training for Organisations

CHIIC offer a range of expert advice, consultancy and training services to businesses and organisations on D/deaf and Disability issues. This includes advice to Employers, Training Providers, Education Establishments & Organisations on potential or existing Disabled employees and customers. We design and deliver tailor made Training courses on issues surrounding D/deaf, DeafBlind & Disability to ensure you, your staff and your company are complying with the Disability Discrimination Act.

CHIIC are based in South Wales and provide our D/deaf, DeafBlind and Disability training and consultancy service for individuals and organisations throughout Wales. We also are happy to travel to other areas of the UK for specific projects, please contact us to discuss working in your area.
